Grapes were carefully selected from a single family-owned vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, early March 2016, under the direction of fifth generation master winemaker Neville Falkenberg.
The delicate varietal character and exceptional fruit expression has been crafted using whole bunch press and cool fermentation.
Pale in colour with aromas of grapefruit, lime and lychee. Crisp fresh granny-smith apples and nacho pear on the palate, with hints of ginger and exotic spice.
Enjoy on its own or as the classic pairing with seafood such as oysters and Moreton Bay bugs, tossed salads, savouring the wine's delicate, clean character.
